Samuel Mccamish married Elizabeth Dyke on 11 Nov 1812 in Greene, Tennessee, United States.[1]
Samuel was listed as a child in William's 1826 will.[2]
He was in the same Company as Emanuel Dyke in the War of 1812, who may have been a sibling of his 1st wife Elizabeth Dyke.[3]

In 1850, he is 56 in Greene County as Samuel McAmish with 2nd wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Williams. In 1860, he is 64 in McMinn County as Samuel McAmish with 3rd wife Mary E. West. Per E.C. McAmis "Marriages," War of 1812 pension payments to Mary stopped about 1895. (He applied in 1856.) I believe Samuel died in McMinn on 18 May 1871.
