Found a family bible [1] that lists the children of Giles Whiteaker and his Second Wife. This is the bible of James Calvin Whitaker.

The children without a tag are not on WikiTree. This further disproves that Mary Ann Rice Rice-1070 was the wife of Giles Whitaker as she had married Job Poteet in 1812 [2]
