Thomas Henry Hoffpauir was born about 1777 in Louisiana.
He married Julia Ann (Winnie) Foreman 13 April 1807 in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana[1]
In 1850, he was in Western District Ward 5, Vermillion, Louisiana[2]
He died in 1863. [3]
