Biography
Joseph Halphen Pitre[1] was born in September 1888[2][3] In 1900, they lived in Ward 1, Justice of Peace Ward 2 (Excl. Opelousas Town), St. Landry, Louisiana, United States.[4] He passed away in 1946.
