to the Worshipful the Justices of the County Court of Cumberland in Cnancery setting Humbly complaining herewith unto your Worship your orator. James Hudgens respectfully represents that many years since your orators grand father James Hudgens departed this life, after having first duly made his last will and testament which if of record in the County Court affordmentioned and after beqeathing certain legacies and devised to your orator and by our orators brothers and sisters one third part of his estate, that a division of the Estate of yours orators grand father took place and a negro woman named Lidia was allotted to your orator and his said brothers and sisters. That William D. Hudgens, Catherine Hudgens, Smith Hudgens, John Hudgens, Robert Hudgens, Jane Hudgens, and Lucy Hudgens all of whom except the first are underage are the heirs and legatees, and are titled to an equal part of the said property as devised by the Will of your orators Grandfather. In tender consideration of this worshipful Court ...
