Biography
Some family group sheets show Wayte Hills as a son of Joseph and Rose Hills, probably based on Joseph Sr's. will, as shown below However, no record for a Wayte Hills born to Joseph and Rose, and Hills Family in America has been found, a major source of information about the family, does not list a Wayte or a Hannah among their children. Joseph and Rose's daughter, Mary, married Capt. Joseph Waite or Wayte. She does not appear in Joseph's will, because she died before he wrote it, so the Wayte listed as one of the children in his will is probably his son-in-law, Joseph Wayte.[1]
