Sir Thomas Burnett, 3rd Bt. of Crathes Castle and Leys, Kincardine (b. aft. 1656 - d. Jan 1714).[1] was commissioner for Kincardineshire in the Scottish parliament from 1689–1707 and an MP for Scotland in the post-union parliament from 1707-1708.[2]

He m. in 1677, Margaret (d. 1744), da. of Robert (Arbuthnot), 2d Viscount
Arbuyhnot [S.],[1] by Elizabeth, da. of William (Keith), 7th Earl Marischal [S.]. He d. 1714.
