research. Wife indicated as a Mrs., born about 1724 of Linaa, Skanderborg,

12 Oct 1997: Addendum and notes from extensive research by Jacklynn S. Nelson, A. G., 4178 West 4135 South, West Valley City, UT 84120 [801] 484-3258: "The Archive Family Group Sheet on Rasmus ANDERSEN was submitted by yourself in 1969. Rasmus is listed as Rasmus ANDERSEN, Rasmus Andersen JAUNGYDE, and Rasmus JAUNGYDE at the birth of his children. There are not witnesses listed, nor is the age given in the early burial records. The 1787 census record of Linaa did not help extend Rasmus Andersen's line. Jaungyde is a farm in the parish of Tulstrup. The Tulstrup church records start in 1736. The probate indexes for Tulstrup were searched from 1718 to 1765 for all Anders or Andersens of Jaungyde and Tulstrup. An Anders Sorensen's probate in 1760 named a son Rasmus Andersen, 38. However, it states that this married son is living in Jaungyde, not Linaa. Again, we run out of records without identifying Rasmus Andersen. The marriage found in 1744 to Anne Sorensdatter can not be proven without a doubt, but it is the only marriage to a Rasmus Andersen and does come before the birth of the first child in 1746. Rasmus Andersen and Anne Sorensdatter will be submitted on family group sheets to complete their temple work as "end of the line."" GCB

12 Oct 1997: Wife's temple ordinance dates maintained on switch from Mrs. Rasmus ANDERSEN to Anne SORENSDATTER since she will likely be recognized as one and the same in the MILLENIAL MERGE; temple indicated on this family group sheet as "LD" but could be "LO" which could denote either Logan or London so field has been left blank. EBC source indicated as "Par. Reg. of Linaa, 9685 pt. 1", JSN added "1787 Census" GCB
