Biography
Katherine was the daughter of The lady Matild de Courtray,[1] or Coudray, lady of Worleston and her husband Sir Robert de Coudray.[2]
Katherine was the sister of The lady Joan de Coudray alias de Worleston, who was married to 1) William, lord of Esseby, he died before 29 Edward I, and 2) Walter de Worleston, he was living in 29 Edward I. Joan, daughter and heir, and lady of Worleston, granted half Worleston to Robert de Harecourt in 29 Edward I.[2]
Margaret, who was married to Philip de Eggerton, lord of Eggerton, &c, during the reign of Edward II (1272-1307), living as a widow in 10-11 Edward II [8 July 1316-7 July 1318].[1]
In 24 Edward 1 (1295/6), Walter de Worlestone and his wife, Johanna, quitclaimed all their right to wardship, marriage and relief due to them from the manor of Wrenbury, to Richard de Wrennebiry, witnessed by: Royerel Obgriff [sic], Robert de Preeres, Thomas de Aldelune, Robert de Bressy and Robert de Burton.[3]
Research Notes
It appears some researchers (?) believed, mistakenly, that Katherine was the daughter of Robert de Courtenay, born 1183, and his wife Mary de Vernon, born 1183, perhaps believing Courtray was a misspelt version of Courtenay?

I can find no evidence that her parents were Robert de Courtenay and Mary de Vernon. Katherine is not mentioned by Richardson. I've delinked them as her parents, but retained the links in the narrative so she can easily be reconnected if evidence of the relationship is discovered!
