Shubael's first wife was Huldah Carpenter, not Huldah Hunt. Rehoboth Marriages Carpenter, Huldah and Shubael Peck, both of Rehoboth, married by Rev. David Turner Feb. 28, 1754. Int. Dec. 15, 1753. (p. 83)

Is it possible Huldah Hunt was a widow? From the on-line Rehoboth, MA Birth/Marr/ Death records: Shubael and Huldah Carpenter marr. intention, Dec. 15, 1753 and wedding, Feb. 28, 1754. The data for Molly Wade was Intention, Aug. 6, 1762 and wedding Aug. 29, 1762. Found no death record for Shubael, but FindaGrave Mem. # 25173493, Village Cem., Rehoboth, MA has a marker saying he died Nov. 17, 1795. Molly was buried in the same cemetery, death date Nov. 9, 1816. Huldah is buried in Palmer River Churchyard Cem., Rehoboth and possible Wikitree profile Carpenter-1369. Thanks. D. Jenkins
