Biography

In 1895 and 1900, Oliver was a pupil at the Iowa College for the Blind in Vinton, Benton, Iowa.[1][2]

He graduated from the college on 24 May 1903.[3]

In 1920, Oliver, single, worked as a piano tuner in David City, Butler, Nebraska.[4]

NOTE: Piano tuning was taught at the Iowa College of the Blind.[5]

In 1930, still single, he was still working as a piano tuner, but is also listed as a "blind musician."[6]

He died 7 Feb 1940 in David City, Butler, Nebraska.[7]
