Emma was born in 1862 to Joseph Maner and Rachel Elizabeth Bolding. She married George Chance in 1877. Emma passed away in 1920 and is buried in the Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Good Hope, Cullman County, Alabama. ^[1]
