Biography

Dorcas (Humphrey) Case was born In Connecticut.

Dorcas, the third daughter of six and youngest child of Benajah Humphrey and Caroline Humphrey was born on 15 August 1750 at Simsbury, Connecticut.^[1]

Dorcas married Giles Case, the son of John Case V and Sarah Barber on 6 November 1783 at Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut.^[2][3]Giles and Dorcas moved to Onondaga County, New York as original settlers. They had ten children born at Simsbury, Connecticut:
