I would like to note that none of the various Rootsweb pages alluded to in a comment posted 21 Apr 2018 provide a source for the stated set of parents for Rebecca. In fact, John Bruen's daughter Rebecca is sometimes shown (with sources) married to a Joseph Baldwin. (Joseph's wife is sometimes referred to rather as Elizabeth or Esther, Rebecca being relegated to being a middle or nickname.) At least one Rootsweb site shows her as a spouse of both this Baldwin and Thomas Montagne. On Wikitree, this Joseph is Baldwin-9979, thus potentially making this Rebecca here a duplicate of Bruen-196. But that hardly works, as the Baldwins apparently continued having children thru 1725 (although the only child named on Wikitree was born in 1720). Vincent Montanye is stated here to be born before 1 Mar 1721.
Bruyn-5 and Bruen-67 appear to represent the same person because: Believe this is a match. I just found Rebecca's will of 1774 and entered text of it onto the one profile. Various rootsweb trees lead me to the supposed parents...
