William Todd was born at Goffstown, New Hampshire, 14 Feb 1776, the son of John Todd and Molly Jameson; died at Milltown, Saint Stephen, New Brunswick, 1 Apr 1846, ^[1] or 3 Apr 1846 (g.s.), and is buried in the Saint Stephen Rural Cemetery. ^{[2] [3]}

Lived at North Yarmouth, Maine, ^[4] before removing to New Brunswick.
