Deborah Brinley was the daughter of Col. Francis and Deborah (Lyde) Brinley.[1]
She was "of Boston" in December of 1769, when she filed intentions to mary John Murray, Esqr. of Rutland, Massachusetts.[2] They married at King's Chapel in Boston in 1770. She was his 3rd wife. He was a native of Ireland and a British Colonel and Loyalist. They retreated to Nova Scotia during the American Revolution. They had 2 children together:
While her death date is not known, (an unsourced family tree suggests she died in New Brunswick on Sept. 8, 1846) she is believed to be buried at the Fernhill Cemetery in Saint John, New Brunswick.[3]
Birth date is a guess based on her siblings' birth dates and assuming she is the youngest child.
