dau. of George and Mary (Lomdard) Lewis. Melatiah, daughter of George Lewes & Mary Lumbart, was baptised on 13 January 1664 in Barnstable, Plymouth.[1]
Melathiah married Edward Gray on 16 July 1684 in Yarmouth, Plymouth Colony.[2]

This profile is attached to John Gray, who lived and died in Essex, England. I just found his will. So far no one from this family has immigrated to America. There were lots of Grays in different towns in Essex at the time. Maybe the PGM Grays came from one of those other families? If Melatiah and Hannah married a John Gray it certainly wasn't this one. He was married to first Elizabeth and second Jane. Their names are listed on the children's christening records and both his and his brother's will. Melatiah will need to be detached from John Gray's profile. Those children are also not his. His children were John and Elizabeth once again based on their christening records and John Grey's will. If she was actually married to a John Grey we will need to create a new profile for him. Do you have any primary sources for their marriage?
