Sarah Smith was born on 1 Nov 1648 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Her parents have not yet been identified. She married John Millington on 14 Apr 1668 in Windsor, Connecticut. Children: John, Henry. She died in 1721 in Hartford, Connecticut. (Note: these dates are pre-Gregorian/Julian calendar conversion, so +/- 6 months)

Sarah, wife of John 22 yrs.; Jan 4, 1668/9; she was treated Apr. 17, 1668 as Sarah Smith, ae. 22 yrs.; servant of Nath'l Bissell.^[2]
