Biographie

Marguerite, fille de Jules ROUSSY et de Catherine GRENIER, est née le 8 mai 1862 et baptisée le 11 en l'Église de Port-Daniel. [1]

Le 10 janvier 1884, en l'Église de sa Paroisse natale, elle épouse Jean Baptiste ROUSSY, fils de Jean et de Louise LANGLAIS. [2] Leurs enfants connus sont (Sources: IGD et BAC):

  1. Catherine, 1884
  2. Jean Baptiste, 1888
  3. Philomène, vers 1889 ......................................... m. 1913 à Élias LANGLOIS
  4. Joseph Henri, 1891

En 1891, à Port-Daniel, ils ont: Catherine, 6; Jean Baptiste Albert, 3; Philomène, 1 an et Joseph Henri, 2 mois. [3]

Marguerite décède le 18 juin 1897 et est inhumée le 21 à Port-Daniel. [4] L'année suivante, soit le 2 mai 1898, Jean Baptiste se remarie avec Marie Denise BERGER.

En 1901, Jean Baptiste et sa seconde épouse ont 4 enfants. Ceux de Marguerite: Catherine, 16 et Jean Baptiste, 12 ans; et leurs filles: Louise, 2 ans et Marie, 7 mois. [5]

En 1901 et 1911, Philomène est inscrite à Port-Daniel, comme la fille adoptive de Jean Baptiste Élem ROUSSY, son oncle maternel, et sa seconde épouse Émilie LANGLOIS. [6] Où est Joseph Henri?
