Biography

Laura Lee Maxey was born March 30, 1876 in Monroe County, Kentucky, a daughter of Pennington Gee Maxey and Emily Marguerite Oglesby. She married Edgar Augustus Horner (1865-1936); they had at least two children. Laura passed away October 21,1922 and was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Randlett, Cotton County, Oklahoma.
