At this time merge is rejected (Bagwell-1165 into Bagwell-180) because of conflicting information. Bagwell-180 was created long before Bagwell-1165. 1) Mother's are not a match based on Jackson 27602 (Elizabeth vs Tabitha). Could be father had two wives and children by both, however I see not proof. It would be good to see proof/source of marriage to Elizabeth and Tabitha. And source that proves Richard's mother is either Elizabeth Jackson or Tabitha Scarburgh/Scarborough.

AND 2) Biography of Richard doesn't make sense based on year born 1790 vs 1722 of other accounts. Provide source/proof of who's who and merge could possibly be completed.

Richard an issue. Will not confirm match. I would like to see source of Richard's mother being Tabitha Scarburgh vs. Elizabeth Jackson for me to consider a merge.
