Biography

James was born about 1806. He is the son of Martin Allen and Elizabeth Vice.

From FAG: James Bud Allen was the son of Martin Allen and Elizabeth Vice. Martin Allen and his wife were good friends of Stephen F Austin and were part of SFA's Original 300 settlers of what was to become the state of Texas. James was with his parents when they came and helped settle Texas.
