Edward Lewknor of Kingston Bowsey (in Kingston-by-Sea, Sussex), Esq, was the son and heir of Nicholas Lewknor and Elizabeth Radmill.
He married (1st) Margaret _____. They had 1 son, Edward Esq.
Before 1503 he married (2nd) Sibyl _____.
He married (3rd) (as her 1st husband) Anne Everard, daughter of John Everard of Cratfield, Suffolk.
They had 1 son, Richard, and 3 daughters, Eleanor, Elizabeth and Dorothy.
Although Edward seems not to have been knighted, he served as Gentleman Usher to Henry VII and VIII, and as Sheriff of Surrey and Sussex for 1510-11.
Edward left a will dated 22 Dec 1522 [sic], proved 31 Oct 1522. His widow Anne survived her 3rd husband, Edward Echingham of Barsham, Suffolk, and died testate in 1538 or 1539.
