She married, as his second wife, John Warde Straton, a businessman based out of Dublin and Dundalk, at the Parish Church of St. Paul's, Dublin on 25 July 1828.[4] They had a number of children:
Howard Straton ; b. 1837, d. 1855. Howard died when he was 18 and is remembered, with his father, at St. Nicholas, Dundalk: Slate slab built in wall of churchyard: - SACRED TO THE MEMORY OF JOHN WARDE STRATON BORN 19 MARCH, 1799, DIED 19 AUGUST, 1853 AND OF HIS THIRD SON HOWARD STRATON BORN 6 AUGUST 1837, DIED 8 NOVEMBER, 1855.
Isabella Louisa Straton; b. 1849, d. 1928. She does not seem to have married, although was the longest lived of the children. She was granted Probate for her brother Rev. Balfour Straton when he died in 1911, where she is stated to be a "spinster".[5]
