Mildred "Millie" Billings was born on February 14, 1869 in Clare, St. Lawrence County, New York, USA. Mildred is the daughter of George Billings and Sarah Ann Shaver.

Mildred marries to Merritt Batchelder on December 28, 1887 at Canton, New York. Merritt Batchelder was born in about 1864 in New York, the son of William Batchelder and Mary Farnsworth. Merritt was a Cabinet Maker and owned his own shop in Genesee, Michigan.

Mildred dies on December 6, 1940 at Flint, Genesee, Michigan, United States. Her body was removed to Jamestown, New York to the Lakeview Cemetery.
