Find a Grave is unsourced, with no image of grave marker. It indicates he was born in 1777. The person in the 1850 census has a wife named Elizabeth. The location of the census is consistent with Find a Grave but the year of birth is not consistent. The year of birth in the profile comes from the census. There may be two conflated people

"Cherokee by Blood" volumes record application by William R. Dunn, grandson of Mary Dennis Moore McCamish, stated in 1909 that she lived to be about 103 years old and died about 30 years before. (1879) This would project a birth date of 1776.

Need source for Robert's marriage. Other sources (E.C.Mc.) say m. 8/1/1812 and include several witnesses to marriage from Robert's War of 1812 militia company. Married at "Polly's" home by Valentine Seivers.
