Biography

Norma Jean Fosnaugh was born on Mar. 5, 1923 to Leroy Fosnaugh and Ivy Leedy.

She married Charles Robert Hefley in Des Moines, Iowa on Sep. 4, 1942. He was a military officer so they made their home around the United States and overseas. After retirement, they settled in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In 2004, she and her husband moved to Arlington to be near her daughter's family.

Norma Jean Hefley died on Mar. 5, 2010^[1] and is buried at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
