Biography

Bethiah Green, daughter of John and Ruth (Michelson) Green was born at Cambridge, MA on Jan. 20, 1673. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

She married Joseph Hicks in March, 1693. ^[2] Joseph Hicks, son of Zachariah and Elizabeth (Sill/Scill) was baptized Jan. 12, 1661.^[1] He was the brother to Zachariah Hicks Jr., her sister Ruth's husband. ^{[4] [3]}

She died in Apr. 12, 1708. ^{[1] [3]}She is buried in the Old Burying Ground Cambridge, MA. Her Inscription reads: HERE LYES YE BODY OF BETHIAH HICKS WIFE TO JOSEPH HICKS AGED 35 YEARS DIED APRIL 12TH 1708. ^{[5] [6] [7]}

Joseph married second, Rebecca Palfrey on Nov. 29, 1716. ^{[1] [8] [4]}

Joseph died at the age of 84/5 in 1746/7. ^[4]
