Brigadier Basil Charles Trappes-Lomax was born on 14 August 1896.
He was the son of Richard Trappes-Lomax and Hon. Alice Mary Wilhelmina Fitzherbert.
He married Diana Mary Silvertop, daughter of Commander Arthur Edward Silvertop and Dorothy Dalgleish, on 25 June 1929.
He died on 8 October 1963 at age 67.1 He was Military Cross (M.C.). He was Brigadier.
