Biography
A discrepancy with the death date. Find a Grave headstone inscribed 1764 and details 6-2-1765 birth date. Connecticut records indicate birthdate as 6-20-1766. Family records list 6-2-1765.
In 1784, Abraham married Tamar Tuttle, daughter of Jabez Tuttle. They had five children:[1]
- Ruth (b-1785) married Gun
- Orienta (b-1788) married Scott, then married Woodford
- Lucy
- Lucinda married Cummings, then married Caldwell
- Dorcas married Waterman
In 1815, Tamar died. In 1816, Abraham married Phebe Stone Dibble, widow of Elisha Dibble and daughter of Ebenezer and Mary Stone. They had no children.
Abraham died in 1845 in Cleveland.
