Biography

Mehitable was born March 19 1761 in Wenham Mass, Her parents were Ebenezer and Jerusha Batchelder. She is the sister of John Batchleder.^[1]

Mehitable Married William Gage September 30 1778 in Wenham ^[2] after announcing their intention in William's hometown of Beverly a month earlier^[3]

The couple may have had a son named William. More research is needed.
