Carol (Schatz) Chomsky is Notable.

Carol Doris Schatz was born July 1, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry and Rosalie Schatz. In 1940, at age 9, she was the youngest of three children living in the home; the oldest was her brother Leonard, and the middle child was her sister Marion. Her father was a medical doctor in private practice.^[1]

She married Avram Noam Chomsky in 1949.^[2] Children of the marriage were^[3]:

She died December 19, 2008 in Lexington, Massachusetts.^[4]

"Chomsky was born in Philadelphia as Carol Doris Schatz on July 1, 1930. She married Noam Chomsky in 1949, the two having known each other since she was five years old. Her mother had been a teacher at a Hebrew school where his father was the principal. She was awarded a bachelor's degree in French from the University of Pennsylvania in 1951."^[5]
