Biography

Alice was born about 1509. She passed away after 1539. According to Waters (1878), Alice's first husband died while their two daughters were young children.[1] Thornton (1797), states that Alice's brother John, married off her two daughters to half-brothers, Thomas and William Whalley.[2]
