Biography

Mercy was a descendant of Pilgrim William Bradford. On 29 November 1736 George Patridge of Duxborough was appointed guardian of Mercy Bradford under the age of fourteen.^[1] Division of the estate of William Bradford, late of Kingston, was made 15 December 1737 with daughter Marcy Bradford receiving one sixth share. On 25 October 1749 Samuel Harlow of Plymouth, mariner, and Mercy his wife, sold to Thomas Adams "our lot in Kingston" the 4th lot in the first division that came to them from "our honrd father William Bradford's estate."
