Biography

George was born in July of 1910. He was the son of Bill Dugger and Celia Emma Deal and he is listed with his parents on the 1920 Census.^[1] He passed away in September of 1964 at the age of 54.^[2] He is buried in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.^[3]
