Biography

Laura Belle Childers, age 84, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

The former Laura B. Hurst was born in Franklin, North Carolina to the late Albert Hurst and Nellie Raby Hurst. She was a longtime member of the Grace Community Baptist formerly "Temple Baptist" in Lake Orion, Michigan and a current member of Rutherford County Baptist Church.

Laura B. Childers was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Clyde Reeves Childers. She was survived by her children, Patricia Leder of Pontiac, Michigan, Terry Childers of Strawberry Plains, TN, Kathy Qualls and Rose Place of Murfreesboro, TN, Dennis Childers of Lake Orion, Michigan; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
