Sir Alexander Irvine, married Elizabeth de Keth, daughter of the Marischall of Scotland, d. 1457. His eldest son, Alexander, married a daughter of Lord Abernethy of Saltoun, but died before his father, who was succeeded by his grandson. Page 60, Appendix A, WImberley
