Biography

Elizabeth Irvine was born about 1425. She was the daughter of Alexander Irvine of Drum and his spouse, Catherine Abernethy.

Elizabeth Irvine married Thomas Allardice of Allardice.

They possibly had at least three children: John, heir of Allardice, James of Cushnie and possibly Margery, although there is some doubt as to who her father was.

Elizabeth outlived her husband by many years and is named as still living in 1503.^[1]

• I have moved Elizabeths birth back, in line with her husband, as John Allardice is stated as born between 1440 and 1445 following Barons, until a better source is found for her birth.^[1]
