He was born about 1737 and his parents were Elizabeth (Graydon) and John Eustace.
Charles Eustace married about 1763 to Alice McCausland, daughter of Oliver McCausland of Stranorlar, MP for Strabane, County Tyrone, Ireland.
He gained the rank of Colonel in the 68th Regiment.
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.).
