Agnes was born about 1805. She is the daughter of Jacob Astley and Hesther Browne.
She married Reverend John Henry Sparke (son of Rt. Rev. unknown Sparke) in September 1825.
They had at least three children; Marianne, Agnes and Henry Astley.

Her husband pre-deceased her.
Agnes passed away in 1871 at the age of about 66.[2]
