Bobby was born in Archville TN and lived there until age 9, when his parents move to Chicago Heights, Illinois for employment. His parents moved in the Chicago Heights area to Crete, Illinois and Monee, Ill. Bobby graduated from Crete-Monee High School, Crete,Illinois in 1969. Prior to graduation he made a decision to join the Air Force to stay out of the DRAFT. And entered the Air Force late August 1969 and stayed in the military for 26 years before retiring.
