He was the son of George Wyndham, 1st Baron Leconfield of Leconfield and Mary Fanny Blunt.[1] He was born on the 30th of January 1835,[1]and baptised on the 28 Apr 1835, at Singleton, Sussex, England.[2][3] He was educated at Eton College. He married Madeline Caroline Frances Eden Campbell, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Guy Campbell, 1st Bt. and Pamela FitzGerald, on the 16th of October 1860.[1] At Stillorgan, Dublin, Ireland.[4] He died on the 13th of March 1911 at the age of 76,[1]citing Death, Mere, Wiltshire, England.[5][6]
