Mary Ann Fairchild Phillips, 78, of Stanton, died, Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Manor Park.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015, at First Baptist Church in Stanton with Reverend David Harp, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa.
She was born December 7, 1936 in Colorado City and married Raymond Phillips October 23, 1993 in Odessa.
Mary graduated valedictorian from Forsan High School and was also homecoming queen.
She attended Howard College and had worked as a secretary for various companies until retiring.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Phillips of Stanton; one daughter, Teresa Miller and husband, Bill of Midland; one brother, Dan Fairchild and wife, Deffie of Comanche; two granddaughters, Samantha Landers and husband, David of Odessa and Jennifer Miller of Midland; five great-grandchildren; four step-children, Nancy Crenshaw and husband, Robert, Sherry Phillips, Jim Bob Phillips and wife, Penny, and Randy Phillips and wife, Cecilia all of Big Spring; nine step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren; many family and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 1168, Stanton, Texas 79782 or to the Martin County Senior Citizens, P. O. Box 1223, Stanton, Texas 79782.
