Edward Howe Trimble was born on 10 Feb 1903 in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States, son of George Trimble (1854–1907).

Edward died on 24 Mar 1991 in Indiana Hospital, Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 88.[1] He was buried in Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum, Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Edward married Bertha Iona (Shank) Trimble (born on 30 Aug 1904 in Cherryhill Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania; daughter of Loughry Logan Shank and Cardilla Venona (Strong) Shank).
