Roswell Osborne married Deborah. They had at least one child, Daniel Osborne (born May 1, 1791)

Roswell second^[1] married Elizabeth 'Betsy' Farrand in 1799. They had 4 children: Farrand Benoni Osborne, Eli Osborne, Deborah Osborne and Sylvia Osborne.

He was of Easton, Washington, Co., N.Y. He was of Paris Hill, N.Y., and afterwards of Verona, N.Y. (1813-17) and finally of Bergen, Genesee Co., N.Y. where they both died, he about 101 years old and she aged 78.

so, which spouse died in Bergen, Genesee Co, NY at age 78...most likely Elizabeth (assumed that Deborah had died earlier).

"Roswell Osborn removed with his father about 1772 or prior, to Pownal Vermont. During the Revolutionary War, he served with various companies and took part in the campaign in defense of Bennington and against Burgoyne at Saratoga, Stillwater Farm, and Bemus Heights.
