Benjamin Beardsley III was born on 3 Feb 1778 in Weston, Fairfield, Connecticut, USA, son of Benjamin Beardsley Jr. (1739 - 1827) and Elizabeth (Hinman) Beardsley (1742 - 1821).^[1]

Benjamin (~40) married Eleanor Andrus (~28)(1789 - 1861) in Apr 1818 in Redding, Connecticut. Their daughter was Rachel (Beardsley) Beers (~1806 - 1851).

Benjamin died on 4 May 1832 in Weston aged 54.
