15 March 1807 George Thirkettle was baptised at St Mary Magdalene's church Pulham Market, Norfolk, son of Robert Thirkettle and Anne Tyrell.[1][2][3][4][5]
1830 Married Harriet in Cratfield, Suffolk.[6]
6 June 1841 Census living with children James, Robert and Harriet and sister Ann in Cratfield, Blything, Suffolk.[7]
30 March 1851 Census living with wife Elizabeth and sons James, William and Henry in Cratfield, Suffolk. The surname was written as Thurkittle.[8][9]
7 April 1861 Census George Thurkettle or Thirkittle (46) of Pulham Market, Norfolk, living with wife Elizabeth (46) of Laxfield, Norfolk, and son William (15) of Cratfield, Suffolk, in Cratfield, Suffolk.[10][11]
