Charles carried was born on 26 Jan 1869[1] in Lévis, Lauzon, Québec, Canada.[2][3] He was the son of Edouard Carrier and Magdeleine Ruel.[4]

In 1871, Charles Carrier lived with his parents, Edouard Carrier, an inspector of schools, his wife Madeleine, and 4 brothers and sisters.[5]
In 1881, Charles Carrier lived in Lévis - Notre-Dame Ward, Lévis, Québec, Canada, with his parents, Edouard and Magdeleine Carrier, and 5 brothers and sisters. Edouard was an inspector of schools.[6][7]
When he applied for US citizenship, Charles said that he came to Fall River on or about 10 July 1890. The witnesses to his Petition were Francis N. Paenaude and F. Eugene Morisset, both of Fall River.[2] The 1900 Census says that he came to the United States in 1892.[3]
Charles Carrier, a printer, and Georgianna Chabot, a spool tender, were married on 19 Aug 1894 at Fall River, Bristol, Massachusetts. He was 25 years old, and Georgianna was 22. It was the first marriage for both, and were both born in Canada. Georgianna's parents were Joseph Chabot and Philomene Conture.[4] Based on US Census and other records, they had at least the following children, all born in Massachusetts:
In 1900, Charles Carrier, a type setter, lived on Bogle Street, Fall River, Bristol, Massachusetts, with his wife "Gergianna" and two children.[3]
Charles Carrier was naturalized as a US citizen on 18 Oct 1904. He said he was born on 26 Jan 1896 in Quebec. He lived at 176 Hurton Street, Fall River.[18]
In 1910, Charles Carrier, a linotype operator for a newspaper, lived in Fall River with his wife Georgiana and 7 children.[19]
In 1930, Charles Carrier lived in Fall River with his wife Georgianna and 4 children. Charles shows no occupation.[20]
