J. Arleaine (Shaffer) Cogley Obituary COGLEY J. Arleaine (Shaffer) Cogley, age 85, formerly of Lancaster, Pa., died on Wednesday, September 10, 2003, after a a brief illness at the New Milford Nursing Home in New Milford. She was the widow of Paul �Reedmiller "Eckon" Cogley Sr., who died in 1991. Arleaine was a homemaker and worked in a number of retail establishments in the West End of Lancaster. She was a member of the Lancaster Chapter 501, Order of the Eastern Star. Born in Hagerstown, Md., Arleaine was the daughter of the late Burton T. Shaffer Sr. and Edith Elmire �Alsip. She is survived by one son, Paul R. Cogley Jr. of Newtown; and three grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Cogley, �Christopher Jon Cogley and Todd Michael Cogley, all of Connecticut.
