Biography
Second son of Stewart Blacker & Elizabeth Latham (technically third son by the first son died in infancy).
He was educated by Mr Blackall of Derry and entered Trinity College Dublin on 21 February 1729 [1730], aged 17. B.A. 1734. [1]
